I made this card following the rules for the color and bling and texture challenge on Stampers Dream.
I painted Willow using H2Os and then used the aqua brush to add Riding Hood Red for the dress and Baja Blue for the apron. This makes the color change but keeps the twinkling showing through...what a way to make more colors. I added Star Dust Stickles to add some bling.
This photo shows the effect of the stickles...it truly sparkles. Go check out the challenge and have some fun. Off to the Doctor's so talk later. Again, Happy Memorial Day to all American buddies.
