The Fairiest of Birthdays

My DH found the cuties little Tinkerbell sneakers for our little princess great niece so I decided to make this card to go with the sneaks. I seem to be on a new spin...Fairies. I used the largest image from the Inkadinkado Fairies set for this card. I used scraps of paper and tried to use some of my hoarded brads for decoration. I used one of my favorite color combinations on this card. I love purple and teal together and throw in a dash of pink and life is grand.
I stamped the image in versafine black onyx embossed with clear detail powder. I colored the image with Prismacolored Markers and used spica pens to add some sparkle. I used my new EK punch and I am very pleased with it. Michaels has them on sale this week so I decided to try it out. ..a lot of blogs are talking about how great they are and Craft Critique did a positive review on them. I am please to say that so far I enjoyed using it.

I repeated the same color scheme on the inside........ All in all I really like this girlie card.
Not a great day, weather wise so I am going to stamp away this afternoon. Don`t forget to check out all the new blog candy I put on my sidebar. Really wonderful candy waiting for you.
Talk later

What a gorgeous little faily. I love these colors too and your work with markers is so wonderful. I think it's every bit as nice as with Copics or better.
