Set of Bollio Cards

This is the first set of coordinated cards I have made and I am very happy with it. I made the cards using a Bollio from Judi Kins. This is the Northwest Bollio which I purchased at Carousel stamp store in Dartmouth NS. I used sections from three sides on this card set. The full stamp makes a 9 inch image...great for scrapbooking.
I stamped the images with Versamark and then Walnut Stain Distress Ink. I embossed each with Clear Detail embossing powder. The sentiment stamp is from Inkadinkado. It is so suitable for these stamps. I also used the doodle die from Spellbinders. The DP is from paper I was given in blog candy...lovely paper. The rust paper is from Michaels. I scored it using my scor-pal and then rubbed really rust over it to highlight the scores. The base of the paper is Kraft from SU...probably one of my most favorite papers...so very sturdy.

This totem pole card is the only vertical card. I used the same colors in all the coloring so the cards would be totally coordinated. I used my Prismacolored Markers on all the cards.

The set contains only 3 cards because I ran out of the rust paper. I do plan on making another set using another earth tone of rust. I am very pleased with these cards. They are certainly different from anything else I have done but they were great fun to make.
We had a rotten weather day today...sleet, freezing rain and some flurries. I hope my DH and DS make it home tonight but I would rather they stay in a motel than take a chance on the roads.
Have a great day
Hugs
Heather
