I really don`t know what this fold is called so for now I`ll call it the extended back top fold. Quite a mouthful but it makes a nice card. I used this Tilda with a Basket of Flowers that I colored with my Prismacolored Markers.
I also used my silver spica pen to do the fur on the color and hood. The blue spica did the swirl and the outline of the coat. My last bit of sparkle was the center of the flowers has some cotton candy stickles. The buttons are also sparkly. I wish I could find the way to photograph these cards to see the sparkle, it is so enchanting.
I think the best part of this card is her beautiful hair....who wouldn`t love pink hair? I know this will add a little chuckle when she sees this.
As you can see I used my new Martha Stewart punch. I have no idea what it is called but I only wish you could see the embossed edges it makes. Really neat. I also used Martha Stewart ribbon to decorate the card.
On the inside I used the top part of the same stamp and used the oval plan and scalloped oval to frame the image.
I also put a bit of the ribbon at the bottom. The stamp is from Studio G and it is embossed with Twinkling Blue.
I hope these cards help Megan feel better while she is in the hospital. I love making cards with a purpose. Guess I had better start on tomorrows card. I hope you all have wonderful weekends. Talk Later.
Hugs
Heather
