The challenge this week at Magnolia vs
Stampavie is a sketch challenge. I used this sketch to make this card. I used papers from Provo Craft and I love the colors. I think it is so great when you can use such coordinated papers.

I wanted to show how I had used the sketch to create a different opening. I used a closure from my
hodgepodge kid from
SU to keep it closed. I also used some pearls on the corners of the front flap for embellishment.

I colored this wonderful Magnolia image using my PS colored markers and added some highlights with the
Inkessential white pen and my colored pencils. I used my markers to create a light blue haze around the image.

On the inside I used this sentiment from
Stampendous to maintain the sketch. The flower is from
Prisma with a large
SU brad.
I am going to post again tonight so off to do some work around the house...otherwise my family may disown me.

She is so special! She reminds me of what we would have called a beautiful 'Flower Child' in the 60's. Wonderful!
