Be the Change

I made this card using the directions for the Thursday challenge Ways to Use It. You had to use a quote somewhere on the card. I used two stamps to create the main image. The quote is a Rubber Stampede while the oval is an Inkadinkado.

I stamped the oval stamp making sure not to put ink on the dotted lines on the stamp. Then I stamped the quote inside the oval. I used versafine black onyx ink and then colored in the birds, flowers and vines with twinkling H2Os.

After I painted the outside I found the white too overpowering so I took my stippler brush and stippled some gold dust and ginger peach H2Os on the center. I cut out the image and placed it on beautiful paper I received in the mail today. I received a beautiful package from Michelle Pearson of Inspiration Blooms. It was such a lovely RAK. She sent papers, embellishments from stampin bella, spiral clips, and glimmer mist. I am so touched by such kindness. Go check out her blog Inspiration blooms. She has beautiful work.

Well guess I can`t put off the laundry any longer so I must sign off now. Talk soon.
