Unto Us a Child is Born 2

This is one of my favorite stamps from SU. It has so many uses. I think I will make some tags for tomorrow`s post. For today lets talk about this card.
It is quite cold today so the fireplace is lite and I am drinking coffee to warm up my fingers. I love all the seasons we experience in the Maritimes but today is not a highlight. It is foggy and chilly. Good day to be inside nice and warm. The problem is it is election day in Canada so I have to go out to vote. Oh well back home quick to the warmth of the fireplace.
I actually made this card last night. I wanted to create a softer colored card and this is what I ended with.
Details
Stamp: Holy Triptych, Sentiment from Inkadinado
Paper: Whisper White, Eggplant, Gold Shimmer
Accessories: Jewell drops, ticket corner punch, blender pen, gold detail embossing powder, versamark, heat gun.
Coloring Method: I used a blender pen and SU inks...hunter green, mellow moss, eggplant, lavender lace, perfect plum, old olive, sage shadow, bashful blue, close to cocoa, pale plum, so saffron, blush blossom and more mustard.
I have not used the blender pen for ages and it was fun to get back to my original method of coloring. I do not have any reinkers so I simply create a puddle on the pad cover by squeezing the lid and pad together. Some day soon I am going to order those reinkers.

Well time to go get cleaned up to vote.

Talk later.

What a beautiful card! I love the panels and the different scenes in each. They are so nicely coloured as well! Thanks for reminding me - I have to go out and vote today also!
