Cards for Students

While surfing today I found this great entry: http://iheart2stamp.com/2009/01/08/new-year-new-look-and-lots-of-blog-tart-goodness-for-you/ Its all about helping University students. The rules are there but basically you make a card that can be given to a student for Birthdays etc. I remember how important mail was eons ago when I was in university so I made this card.

Jen is giving away a fabulous blog candy...its huge. Lots of support from companies and friends.

I had colored the image a few days ago and finally put it together today. I followed the color choice for the Whiff of Joy Challenge Purple and Green. All the papers are from Provo Craft and the butterfly is the Martha Stewart punch.

I used Primacolored Markers to color and I am just starting to get some understanding of how they work. I still like my pencils the most but I am using the markers.

We were asked to keep the inside blank so all I added was a purple frame and of course, a butterfly.

Its late and I am exhausted soooo talk tomorrow
