http://www.dutchdare-cardchallenges.blogspot.com/. What you had to do was a card without any square corners. I used this Magenta stamp and then cut around the stampl I painted this card using H2Os and then added some spica pens for even more sparkle on the flowers. I painted the leaves using a blender pen and Old Olive ink pad.
I made the card first on white scrap paper and found it just need more oomphs so I tried outlining it in black but then the card appeared to flimsy. Finally I found the solution by making a full shadow card using heavy black card stock.
When I looked at this blog entry I decided the card still was on the mark sooooo I added some gold dots around the edges and used Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain distress inks to add depth to the wood and the stems. I added black spica pen to the butterfly and to the bottom ribbon to create depth here as well. Well I now like the card much better. What do you think?
